  • What types of events do you cater to?

    We cater to a wide range of events, including corporate functions, weddings, birthday parties, engagements, product launches and private celebrations.

  • Do you provide alcohol and bartenders?

    Yes, our packages include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as experienced (RSA certified) bartenders to ensure your event runs smoothly. We bring everything you need for a complete bar setup.

  • Can you customize the drink menu for my event?

    Absolutely! We can create a customized drink menu to suit your preferences and the theme of your event. From classic cocktails to bespoke creations, we've got you covered.

  • How much does your service cost?

    The overall cost varies depending on a number of factors including: number of guests, length of service, style of service (e.g. cocktail  or seated) and the drink menu. As a guide, the average cost would be in the range of $35 - $55 per head. To receive a tailored quotation please feel free to submit an online quote request.

  • Do you offer non-alcoholic beverages?

    Yes, we offer a range of non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, soft drinks, and juices. We can tailor the menu to accommodate all your guests' preferences.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    For licensed (e.g. ticketed) events, bookings must be finalised a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. For private functions we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, however short-lead bookings can generally also be accommodated.

  • What areas do you service?

    We primarily service the Greater Sydney area. If you’re outside these areas, please contact us to discuss your event location.

  • Can I provide my own alcohol for the event?

    We are fully licensed to provide a full selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. If you prefer to supply your own drinks we also offer staffed and non-staffed dry hire packages.

  • How do I book a mobile bar for my event?

    Booking a mobile bar service with Drinkability is easy. Simply submit a quote request via our website and we’ll arrange a tailored quote based on the details you provide. Bookings can then be confirmed by returning a signed copy of the quote/proposal document and paying a booking deposit.
